A degree in Economics is exactly how a marketing guru should start. My marketing experience is enhanced by also having a Black Belt in Six Sigma... You see, I am solution driven by analytics, strategy, and problem solving. I began in Marketing Research (Quantitative, Qualitative, and Secondary Research), then moved on to Branding, Advertising, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing. I have worked with Fortune 50 companies, as well as, small companies developing simple and repeatable processes in marketing to make them a success.
I possess a sharp eye for profitable solutions - who in marketing will say that? I have the ability to firmly dissect the who and why a company is, where they are going, analyze data from software such as SEMRush, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adwords, Salesforce, and others...then translate it into a vision. I understand the customer experience and craft a better story. I am exceptional at leading others and work well under pressure. My strong interpersonal skills and experience are worth their weight in gold.
They say Critical Thinking can be taught. I disagree. I am a gifted problem solver, because I see the 30,000 foot view concurrently with individual 30 foot views. I see the potential for how the world should exist (the vision), I create a framework to operate within, see how the pieces of the puzzle form a symbiotic relationship, assert great decision making, stay flexible to opportunities, use passion when needed, and patiently seek opportunities to create win-win scenarios.
In 25 years, you see a lot. The benefit of my experience is wisdom - I've done just about everything at least twice! I have taken calculated risks and both lost and won. Each experience builds on the previous one and has made me an outstanding leader. I can clearly and succinctly articulate to the team the importance of the organization's goals, tasks, and why/how it is necessary to buy-in. I know when to push through motivation, delegating, positive reinforcement, developing trust, expanding creativity, accessing feedback, and being bottom-line responsible.
I want to align myself with a company I believe in and where I can create positive change. I am very outgoing (a real Brand Ambassador), however, I am also analytically focused and my passion shows in what I do. I am always looking to learn more and am open to taking on challenging projects. I seek the opportunities to crystalize a compelling positive vision, set higher goals, mutually succeed, innovate, mentor, and learn something new.
